Potato Soup

Ingredients

Base
  • 3 1/2 Cups Potatoes, Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Celery
  • 1/2 Cup Onion
  • 1/3 Cup Cooked Ham
  • 3 1/4 Cups Water
Base Addition
  • 2 Tablespoons Chicken Boullion
  • 1 Dash Pepper
Sauce
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 5 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Cups Milk

Directions

  1. Combine Base ingredients in pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add Base Addition ingredients to the soup base and mix.
  3. Add Sauce ingredients to separate sauce pan, mix and cook until thick. Add to base ingredients in pot.
