Potato Soup

Ingredients
Base
- 3 1/2 Cups Potatoes, Diced
- 1/3 Cup Celery
- 1/2 Cup Onion
- 1/3 Cup Cooked Ham
- 3 1/4 Cups Water
Base Addition
- 2 Tablespoons Chicken Boullion
- 1 Dash Pepper
Sauce
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 5 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
Directions
- Combine Base ingredients in pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add Base Addition ingredients to the soup base and mix.
- Add Sauce ingredients to separate sauce pan, mix and cook until thick. Add to base ingredients in pot.
