Dill Tartar Sauce


  • 3/4 Cup Good Quality Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Dill Pickles, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 1/4 Cup Dill, Freshly Chopped


  1. Prepare the tartar sauce by combining all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.

A teaspoon of capers can be added if desired
