Classic Potato Salad
Ingredients
Potatoes
- 8 Whole Medium Potatoes, Cooked and Diced
Sauce Base
- 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Finishing Ingredients
- 2 Whole Celery Ribs, Sliced
- 1 Cup Onion, Diced
- 5 Whole Hard-Boiled Eggs, Chopped
Directions
- Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until done and cool to room temperature.
- Mix sauce base ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add cooled potatoes to bowl and mix.
- Add finishing ingredients and mix.
Notes
Top with paprika if desired.
