Classic Potato Salad

Ingredients

Potatoes
  • 8 Whole Medium Potatoes, Cooked and Diced
Sauce Base
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Finishing Ingredients
  • 2 Whole Celery Ribs, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Onion, Diced
  • 5 Whole Hard-Boiled Eggs, Chopped

Directions

  1. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until done and cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix sauce base ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add cooled potatoes to bowl and mix.
  4. Add finishing ingredients and mix.
Notes

Top with paprika if desired.
