- 1 1/2 Cups Quinoa, Rinsed and Drained
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Panko
- Cook quinoa to package instructions until fully cooked.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in large bowl. Fold in all other ingredients except for the panko.
- Place mixture into pan and top with pank. Bake 30-35 minutes, until top is golden brown.
