Cheesy Hash Brown Hotdish

Ingredients

Base
  • 2 Pounds Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 Ounces Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Topping
  • 2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine base ingredients. Place mixture in a casserole dish.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, saute topping ingredients lightly and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
