Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Top Sirloin, Ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Whole White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Whole Quail Eggs
  • 1 Whole Celery Stalk, Chopped
  • 1/4 Whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and enjoy.
