Steak Fajitas Marinade

Ingredients

Marinade Base
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
Steak
  • 2 1/2 Pounds Flank Steak
Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Oil

Directions

  1. Combine all Marinade Base ingredients in a bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly.
  3. Place flank steak inside marinade and seal. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 1 to 12 hours.
