Sous Vide Prime Rib


  • 3 Pounds Prime Rib
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1 Whole Sprig of Fresh Rosemary


  1. Acquire a beautiful piece of prime rib.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on outside of prime rib. Place in bag with fresh rosemary and vacuum seal.
  3. Place in sous vide machine at 131° until thoroughly cooked. This could take several hours depending on thickness of prime rib.
  4. Remove from sous vide machine and finish with torch or brief broil in oven. Serve immediately.
