Directions

Acquire a beautiful piece of prime rib.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on outside of prime rib. Place in bag with fresh rosemary and vacuum seal.

Place in sous vide machine at 131° until thoroughly cooked. This could take several hours depending on thickness of prime rib.

Remove from sous vide machine and finish with torch or brief broil in oven. Serve immediately.
