Ham Balls

Ingredients
Ham balls
- 2 1/2 Pounds Smoked Ham
- 2 Pounds Lean Pork
- 1 Pound Lean Beef
- 3 Whole Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 3 Cups Graham Crackers
Sauce
- 2 Cans Tomato Soup
- 2 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
Directions
- Acquire all meats and grind them together. Mix meat with other ham ball ingredients.
- Make ham balls of desired size and place them in a pan.
- Mix together ingredients for sauce and pour over ham balls.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°, rotating at 30 minutes.
