Ham Balls

Ingredients

Ham balls
  • 2 1/2 Pounds Smoked Ham
  • 2 Pounds Lean Pork
  • 1 Pound Lean Beef
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3 Cups Graham Crackers
Sauce
  • 2 Cans Tomato Soup
  • 2 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup White Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard

Directions

  1. Acquire all meats and grind them together. Mix meat with other ham ball ingredients.
  2. Make ham balls of desired size and place them in a pan.
  3. Mix together ingredients for sauce and pour over ham balls.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°, rotating at 30 minutes.
