Garlic Chicken With Rosemary And Lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Chunks
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Whole Lemon, Zested and Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in all ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 450° F. Add chicken and marinade to baking dish, 9 by 13-inch.
  3. Roast 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes longer then remove chicken from the oven.
