Directions

In a fine mesh strainer, rinse rice under running water for about 2 minutes.

Add rice and water to instant pot, cook on the rice setting and allow to naturally release for 10 minutes following.

Meanwhile, combine flavoring ingredients in a small bowl and mix until sugar and salt are dissolved.

When rice is finished, add flavoring mixture and gently mix well to combine.
