Shredded Chicken


  • 2 Pounds Chicken
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth


  1. Rub chicken with salt and pepper, along with any other desired seasonings.
  2. Place in instant pot with broth and cook at high pressure for 15 minutes. For smaller chicken breasts, 10 minutes might be more appropriate.
  3. Release pressure and shred chicken with forks.

Make sure chicken is thawed before pressure cooking.
