- 2 Pounds Chicken
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- Rub chicken with salt and pepper, along with any other desired seasonings.
- Place in instant pot with broth and cook at high pressure for 15 minutes. For smaller chicken breasts, 10 minutes might be more appropriate.
- Release pressure and shred chicken with forks.
Make sure chicken is thawed before pressure cooking.
