Directions

Prepare the roast by removing any large pieces of fat and chopping into 2-inch cubes.

In a blender, blend together puree ingredients. Puree until smooth.

Add pot ingredients to Instant Pot.

Cover beef with puree.

Cook at high pressure for 60 minutes.
