Hamburger And Rice Hotdish

- 1 Pound Hamburger
- 1 Whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 Cup Celery, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
- 10 Ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
- 10 Ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 15 Ounces Can of Mixed Vegetables
- 10 1/2 Ounces Water
- 4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- Brown meat, onions, and celery. Drain off fat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to baking dish and bake for 90 minutes at 325°.
