Hamburger And Rice Hotdish

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Hamburger
  • 1 Whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Uncooked Rice
  • 10 Ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 10 Ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 15 Ounces Can of Mixed Vegetables
  • 10 1/2 Ounces Water
  • 4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Brown meat, onions, and celery. Drain off fat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 90 minutes at 325°.
