Grilled Hawaiian Bowl

Ingredients
Base
- 2/3 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
- 3 Ounces Pork Tenderlion
Veggies
- 2 Cups Pineapple
- 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Cup Red Onion
- 1 Cup Zucchini
Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Teaspoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Honey
- 2 Teaspoons Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
- Grill veggies and pork tenderloin. Chop and combine with rice in bowl.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over bowl.
Notes
Makes approximately 2 servings of sauce. Vegetable portions are approximate.
