Grilled Hawaiian Bowl

Ingredients

Base
  • 2/3 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • 3 Ounces Pork Tenderlion
Veggies
  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup Red Onion
  • 1 Cup Zucchini
Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Directions

  1. Grill veggies and pork tenderloin. Chop and combine with rice in bowl.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over bowl.
Notes

Makes approximately 2 servings of sauce. Vegetable portions are approximate.
