Directions

In a small bowl, combine all blackened seasonings. Liberally coat both sides of each tilapia filet with the spices.

Melt butter into skillet over medium heat. Add two of the filets at a time and cook for about two minutes on each side, until the spices have turned a deep burgundy color and fish is thoroughly cooked.
