Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients

  • 28 Ounces Canned Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 3/4 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Cup Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Add all ingredients except for the black beans to food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Add black beans to food processor and pulse gently until beans are incorporated but still partially complete.
  4. Form into patties on baking sheet, approximately 1/3 cup of mixture for each.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
