Rum Balls

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 12 Ounces Vanilla Wafers, Crushed
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Nuts
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Rum
  • 3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Mix in wet ingredients until well combined.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder to coat.
Notes

Allow 2-3 days of flavor development before eating, if possible.
