Rice Crispy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Shortening
  • 3/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 1 Teaspoon Soda
  • 1 1/2 Cups Rice Crispies
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour

Directions

  1. Cream sugar, shortening, and oil together. Add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.
  4. Place cookies onto pan and bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
Notes

More flour may be necessary.
