Rice Crispy Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Shortening
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1 Teaspoon Soda
- 1 1/2 Cups Rice Crispies
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
Directions
- Cream sugar, shortening, and oil together. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.
- Place cookies onto pan and bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
Notes
More flour may be necessary.
