Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Shortening
- 1 Cup Sour Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Soda
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 1/2 Cups Rhubarb, Chopped
Topping
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
Directions
- Sour milk by mixing in 1 tablespoon vinegar per cup and letting it rest for 5 minutes.
- Mix all cake ingredients.
- Place in a glass 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of batter.
- Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
