Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie


  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips


  1. In a large mug, melt the butter in the microwave, 15 to 30 seconds. Add the sugar and brown sugar; stir to combine. Add the egg and vanilla extract; whisk to combine.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the mug; stir to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
