Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt in small bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
