Almond Bars

Ingredients

Crust
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Filling
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
Frosting
  • 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix all crust ingredients and pat into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Beat filling ingredients with mixer. Pour over hot crust. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  4. Mix all frosting ingredients, frost when cool.
  5. Sprinkle almond slices on top.
