- 1 Whole Sprig of Mint
- 1/2 Ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 1/2 Ounces Gin
- 1/2 Ounce Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 Ounce Lemon Juice
- 1 Ounce Club Soda
- Add mint and ice to shaker, shake lightly to muddle the mint.
- Add the remaining shaker ingredients and shake.
- Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
Sliced ginger root can also be added during the first shaking.
