Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

Wet
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Whole Eggs, Whisked
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
Dry
  • 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

Directions

  1. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Fry individual scoops in hot pan.
