Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients
Wet
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 3 Whole Eggs, Whisked
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Milk
Dry
- 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
Directions
- Combine wet ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fry individual scoops in hot pan.
