Caramel Rolls

Recipe from Grandma Schuelke


  • 1 Whole Loaf Frozen Bread Dough
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Margarine


  1. Thaw bread dough in the evening. Before bedtime, pick off pieces of bread dough. Mix in sack with cinnamon and sugar. Place in a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Place caramel ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour over bread dough.
  3. Let raise overnight and bake in the morning at 325 for 30 minutes.
