Deep Fried Noodles

Recipe from Grandma Giedt


  • 6 Whole Egg Yolks
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Dashes Flour(Enough To Make A Stiff Dough)


  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll thin as for regular egg noodles.
  2. Cut immediately into strips about 1/2 inch wide and deep fry.
