Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

Batter
  • 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
Cauliflower
  • 1 Whole Cauliflower Head
sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine and mix all batter ingredients.
  3. Break cauliflower into florets that are about 1-2 inches wide and add to bowl with batter. Coat all florets with batter and arrange on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Combine sauce ingredients and brush mixture on the cauliflower.
  6. Bake for 20 more minutes and enjoy!
