Apple Crisp Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Brie
- 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cups Raw Pecans
- 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
- 2 Whole Red Apples
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease 10-12 inch round baking dish.
- Place brie in center of baking dish. In a medium bowl mix oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and pecans.
- Add butter and meld together mixture until everything is moist. Mix in chopped apples and spread over the brie in dish.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until crisp topping is browned. Serve with bread or crackers.
