Apple Crisp Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Brie
  • 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Cups Raw Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
  • 2 Whole Red Apples

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease 10-12 inch round baking dish.
  3. Place brie in center of baking dish. In a medium bowl mix oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and pecans.
  4. Add butter and meld together mixture until everything is moist. Mix in chopped apples and spread over the brie in dish.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until crisp topping is browned. Serve with bread or crackers.
