Pasta Salad Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Rotini
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Basil Leaves
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dill Weed
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Bite-Size Broccoli Florets
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Mix oil, vinegar, and seasonings in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Toss pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently. Cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving.
