Sous Vide Prime Rib
Ingredients
- 3 Pounds Prime Rib
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 Whole Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Directions
- Acquire a beautiful piece of prime rib.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on outside of prime rib. Place in bag with fresh rosemary and vacuum seal.
- Place in sous vide machine at 131° until thoroughly cooked. This could take several hours depending on thickness of prime rib.
- Remove from sous vide machine and finish with torch or brief broil in oven. Serve immediately.
