Garlic Chicken With Rosemary And Lemon
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Chunks
 - 6 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
 - 3 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
 - 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
 - 1 Whole Lemon, Zested and Juiced
 - 1 Tablespoon Salt and Pepper
 - 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
 
Directions
- Marinate chicken in all ingredients.
 - Preheat oven to 450° F. Add chicken and marinade to baking dish, 9 by 13-inch.
 - Roast 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes longer then remove chicken from the oven.
