Black Bean Burgers
Ingredients
- 28 Ounces Canned Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
- 3/4 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Cup Onion, Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Add all ingredients except for the black beans to food processor and process until smooth.
- Add black beans to food processor and pulse gently until beans are incorporated but still partially complete.
- Form into patties on baking sheet, approximately 1/3 cup of mixture for each.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
