Rum Balls
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 12 Ounces Vanilla Wafers, Crushed
 - 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Nuts
 - 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
 - 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
 
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Dark Rum
 - 3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
 
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
 - Mix in wet ingredients until well combined.
 - Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar or cocoa powder to coat.
 
Notes
Allow 2-3 days of flavor development before eating, if possible.
